i downloaded the winmx thingy,but how do i download the stuff on there?when i search it gives me results,but how do i play them?

Okay, I'll try to make this as simple as I can. ^_^ 1. Make sure you know where the things are being downloaded to. If you don't change it when you set up WinMX it usually puts it in a share folder.
2. Once you pull up what you're looking for in the search, double click it and it will start to download.
3. Now click on your transfer bar and you'll see your file there either downloading, queued, or red meaning it's waiting to be downloaded but there's no one that fits the criteria set for download there.
4. Now to speed up your download process change a few of the settings on the file. Right click on the file. A little menu will come up. Go to the "Auto Find Sources" selection and choose "Every 10 min" (Now you're looking for more sources every 10 minutes instead of every 15). Next right click the file again, except this time select "Auto Enter Queue" select "100" from the menu. This makes it so you enter the Queue at a higher number meaning you will get more sources for your file in the long run.
5. Now all you have to do is wait for your file to download.
6. Once your file is finished downloading you need to locate it on your PC. It should be where ever you told WinMX to save it. I usually tell it to save it to desktop just so it makes my life a little easier.
7. Once you find it, in order to play the anime you will have to watch it in Windows Media Player or DivX player. Also you can't really watch anime before they've finished downloading unless you have special programs that can read it without the information at the end of the file.
8. Additional helpful tips: If you can only hear the sound and the screen is black, then you need a video codec to play your movie. Try downloading and installing the latest DivX at http://www.divx.com . Get the free basic version. You don't really need the pro version and the shareware version of it is riddled with spyware.
