Which Kenshin movie? Can you give me the title? I have 2 Kenshin movies but I don't remember seen him as a father.

i think u mean the ova, where he just leave kaoru with kenji and wonders and she gets really sick and depressed and he dies at the end...

I think it's sad that Kenshin didn't get to spend much time with his son. The entire ova is sad though, so I think it worked. Also, much of Kenshin's life is centered around a sad event, when he killed Tomoe. I think it also sort of makes sense that Kenshin devoted his life to helping people. Once he gave his sword to Yahiko, he still did everything in his power to help others. In reality, people often choose between family and career, so I think that Kenshin's situation was sort of like that.

You should watch it, cuase it's a great anime movie. But, before you watch it make sure that you watch the tv series, so that you can understand why things happen.

Yeah you should watch it, it may have been sad, and i didn't like how they killed my darling kenshin, ^ ^, But it was still very very good. And now that you mention it, it is pretty dang sad that Kenshin didn't have a great bond with his son, Kenji. Well that's all i really had to say.
