i've tried several times different servers www.gotwoot.net and it always stops around 50 whats going on here are the server down or something

I have the same problem.. downloading doesnt work.. i've been trying for a few days now.. i'm using the bittorent experimental version 3.2.1b

on torrent spy i see there's 139 completes.. but i'm not getting any download from anyone.. wierd.. anyone know what might be the cause of this?
