Sorry I don't know where to download it, but I've seen the entire series. I have all the episodes on dvd subbed by Manga International. I have the movies and OAV on cd and I got those from an anime distributor.

i have gotten loads of ranma 1/2 using 'kazaa' with subtitles (up to season 3 now) , very few english ones. go to www.kazaa.com to download it. Does this help at all?
