Iam a single parent of two teenage boys 14 and 16 my 16 yr son is continiously trying to control me and my other son who has torrettes i dont know what to do. he has been on probation in past. when i tried to get help for him and us it ended up costing me mony i did not have i am a nurses aid so our income is not that great. however when he was put in a program order by the judge they not only garnish my wages but took away what child support we do get.we barely make ends meet. I really am afraid of my own son but i cant afford help do you have any answers. is it legal to kick your own child out or is that classified has abbandement. dont get me wrong i love my son but i and my other child are tired of being misstreated

God help you. At this point I have only more questions. Where is the boy's father. Is there another male figure in either of your lives that can perhaps sublimate his behavior. Does he have any sports or artistic interests? What exactly has he done to abuse you two? Has he left any physical marks on you?
