Can someone please help? I have been researching on the web for ages and I just cannot find an answer to the following question. In any area at all between Meeks Bay and Emerald bay at Lake Tahoe, california did a situation take place(I'm not sure when but I think possibly in the mid 1800's) in which the white men had moved in and drowned Indian women in a small cove of the lake by tethering their feet with boulders?
