Seems Drydens who are acting on behalf of the Bradford and Bingley want me to request doc's of me held by them through the Information Commissioner.

Does anyone have the full title and address of the IC and who I complain to.

I sarned the buggers

and they sent me back my posta order saying that they are not the Data controllers.

You have probably acted already but this is just another demonstration of how (in my opinion) stupid and non compliant Drydens really are.

Also when the SARN eventually gets sorted dont take any rubbish from them about 'legally priviledged'

Only letters with legal advice content to their client is legally priviledged - contact info commissioner if not satisfied.
