I like either one. for dubbed it depends on what the va's voices r like. if they dont fit too well then i would perfer to watch the subbed version of that anime.

Subtitled for me. English dubbing takes away from the essence of the original anime.

Dude, there's nothing wrong with watching dubbed eps. It's not like the world is going to end or anything. I don't think that dubbed takes away from anything either. So what if the words are a little different. I kinda think of it this way. If you get two different bibles the print is a little bit different but it means the same.

If you have i would guarantee you will think twice about dub anime.

i prefer sub too. the dubbed versions (eng, chinese, or whatever) just freak me out! the humorous parts r destroyed and the tones r always monotonous. to date i've never enjoyed any dubbed anime series.

i would go for subs over dubs. i mean dubs are mostly horrible. the humor just isnt there. but some dubs are aiite, like card captors and medabots.

I don't think dubbed anime is all that bad. I don't like having to read words on the screen while also having to keep up with the action. For all you know, the subs could be wrong. Every anime that I have watched, I have seen the japanese version. I don't give a flying frick about any dubbed anime that you have seen and that you think is bad. Cause I believe that if didn't like an anime in dubbed, then you shouldn't have liked it in subb.
