Hey I've got a problem I watch anime on DivX (2.0) but when i tried to install the XVID codec nothing worked and now i can't continue watching episdoes? any ideas anyone? (ps i use win 2000 if it matters) email me at p6marshall_n@hotmail.com if ya have some tips! thanx =)

Just uninstall all codecs, go download Nimo Codec Pack Build 8 < http://nimo.titanesk.com/modules/freecontent/index.php?id=2 > and install. It includes up-to-date DivX and XViD.

kazaalite codec pack has the most recent codec packs, including xvid ones cos recently i also went on a quest for xvid codecs, and kazaalite pack had the only one that worked.

what u can do is go to kazza and get a xvid conveter itchanges xvide files to divx

but it takes a while to convert. the easiest thing is just to watch the xvid video.
