She is Laura from Hamtaro, if you watch that she was also Leena on Zoids. Oh yeah she also played Barbie, on Barbie And The Nutcracker....

You are correct she also plays the voice of that one girl in Hamtaro she plays the owner of Hamtaro. I forgot her name though and I don't know if she plays in any other anime but yeah I hope that answers your question.
