I have just made reservations for 8 (Dick and Nancy; Nancy's 2 sisters Kathy and Jeri; Mike and Mary; Gene; and Dan)at the Cascade Raft Company near Banks for a 3-hour raft trip beginning at 9:30 a.m. Check out www.cascaderaft.com I made reservations for the "Main Payette float".

I'll check with Nadim. Is it a calm float thing, or more rambunctious? (I'd prefer the former, Nadim would prefer the latter... we also may just go hiking.)

Looks like there are two different half day (3-hour) floats beginning at 9:30 a.m. Check out www.cascaderaft.com > rafting

We have signed up for the "Main Payette" which is the more benign of the two. It looks like the "Lower South Fork" is more challenging and begins and ends at the same time and place as "Main Payette". There is something for both of you.
