The site is www.streamload.com. It's not a free service, but it's really cheap. Once you get an account (starting at $5) you can have people email you what episodes you want (the stuff you listed is really easy to find) and then download it from your inbox.

Alternatively, you can use bittorrent, or kazaa, or ftp, or mirc. Of those though the only one I've used is bittorrent. Streamload is much easier though, even though it costs money and those other programs don't. It's a good place to start if you're new to downloading anime.
