I got a letter from a Zembabwean Farmer. He asked if I would front him on an enterprise here since he is a foreigner and had US13.5 Million that he wants me to hold for him...snicker...And that once he gets the business going, I would be entitled to 15% of the earnings...hee hee...And since he has no relatives, he has decided to ask me for help...oh gee...Do people really fall for stuff like this? I can only assume he got my e-mail from Countryside.

They must, since they come in my email so often. I've never heard the one from the farmer before, but from all manner of folks in far off lands who have millions just waiting for me!

I have several email accounts, and the only one that gets those emails is this one (CatFlunky). So you could be right about them getting them from CS. I don't even open them anymore, just hit the delete key. I think you're supposed to report them, but I don't.

I thought about reporting it after I deleted it so if I get another one, I will.By the way, my e-mail here is wrong and I keep trying to fix it and it doesn't stay. (I have another e-mail address on yahoo that I never really check) How can I permanetly fix it?

Go to the reply page (as if you were going to enter a post) and look below the text box. There is a link to "ask this server to expire your cookies". I think when you do that, it will blank out what you have entered, at which point you'll put in what you want it to say. After you submit, the "success" page will have a link to click to set a persistent cookie (for the new info) -- otherwise you'll have to re- enter it every time you post. Let me know if all that doesn't do the trick.
