Hi, I just purchased at auction a lovely oak framed picture of a stag, signed what appears to be "L Lem" followed by "86". The Lem could be Le?? because it's a little hard to follow the handwriting. The picture appears to be charcoal or pencil on canvas. The "86" means 1886 from the design of the frame and the age of the picture and matting. Does anyone know about this artist?
