The best place to get Inuyasha Episodes is off of peer to peer file sharing programs like Kazaa or WinMX. It takes a while to download episodes from them, but I think it's worth it to get the episodes for free.

The first movie is after Sesshoumaru finds Rin and before Inuyasha learns Tetseiga's ultimate attack. Hope this helps.
