just goto irc.aniverse.com, its basically all fansub channels. stay away from #animejunkies though, i have had too many eps form them that were poorly subbed and badly encoded

xgoogle.com used to be good as well but it seems to have been taken over by anti-war protesters. Whether it will come back or not is unknown but it was pretty good while it lasted.
