Please can someone give me the UK levels of inflation for every year from 1985 to current date??

I have been searching too - try www.moneyextra.com, which has UK inflation history 1993 to 2004. Good luck back to 1985 !

go to http://www.statistics.gov.uk/statbase/Product.asp?vlnk=9414 and click on RPIX. I think the second table is the one you need to look at..
