The MBC Appeal team presented their case before the SACS hearing officer last Wednesday (April 2, 2003). I received an email today from a SACS official indicating that the decision to reverse, remand or affirm the Dec. 2002 decision will be made this Wednesday, April 9, 2003. When I receive notification I'll let all interested parties know the outcome. Thanks for asking. QED
