I have just learned that the 2nd Episcopal District has just earned antoher candidate to add to its list of those seeking Episcopal Honors! The Rev. Frank M. Reid, III has just announced and thrown his hat into the race. He is a candidate seeking the Episcopacy during the 2004 General Conference! Things are begining to heat up! Will there be others to follow?
