I am 23 years of age and I love the piano and have done for years but due to financial reasons I have never been able to learn. Is it to late for me to start now, now that it is possible?

Starting at this age is quite difficult, but not impossible. You have already passed your 20th year, and therefore learning will not come quickly. The best thing to do is to get group lessons. Since you will be beginning, you only need to devote 45 minutes a day to piano.
