My fiance's ex wife recently found out that he is now engaged to me. She has been snooping through his credit cards. She has tapped in his emails, she has asked for credit reports. She has all of his personal information and acts as if she is him (he has a unisex name). At first she did not want to give him the divorce. after she found out that he is engaged, she is determined to file. She is up to something, he bugged her for months to file, but she wouldn't give. She now drives by our apartment and is making threats. How can we prove that she is going through his personal information? He has changed his credit cards, he has changed his passwords? what else can he do? He would like to prove it so he can take her to court, but how? Any advise is greatly appreciated.

First of all I am not his ex-wife. We have a separation agreement and we are not divorced. I have never tapped on his credit report or any of his personal information. I just recently found out he was engaged and this is the reason I want the divorce. And now he does not want to give it to me. He states he would rather wait the 18 months. Adrian is the one who committed Adultery. I can withhold that in court. He was having an affair when we were married and this is the reason I want the divorce. I think you should look into who he has been with for the past 8 months, it seems he is in a relationship here at work with one of his co-workers. And if you are Alex I really think you both deserve each other. I wish you both the best. AGAIN, ALL I WANT IS THE DIVORCE, TALK TO HIM FOR HE DOES NOT WANT TO GIVE ME THE DIVORCE, HE STATES HE WOULD RATHER WAIT THE 18 MONTHS NOT BECAUSE HE WANTS TO TAKE ME TO COURT. I have never done anything worng to him. He cheated on me and will probably end up doing it to you.
