I have A LOT of anime that i want to recirculate through Bittorrent, but i don't have a tracker domain... it would be cool if somebody who did would let me use it also... i don't exactly have a domain. Thanx.

have you tried to contact the fansubs for access their trackers??? try any page you know has a tracker and ask the web master...
