it's a 6 episodes OVA (Original Video Anime) in which a boy who has just left college wanders around japan riding his bike meeting gorgeous women and studying about life, it's a very funny cartoon so i recommend you to download it and enjoy it... it has some sexual stuff but that's not the main issue in the story...
