I'm afraid that what you are looking for does not exist. There is a place to download the movie, but they didn't include the soundtrack claiming the file would have been too big. So if you want a silent Sonic movie, I might be able to dig up the URL again, until then my best advice is to cruize video stores for a copy.

I found a copy on Kazaa. Search for "Sonic the Hedgehog" (that exact phrase with the capital letters where i put them)only 1 problem... on my computer the transfer rate was 0.2 kb/s with a 56k modem. Hopefully you can get a faster rate than that

i downloaded it with e-donkey 2000. There are Sonic X (new anime 2003) episodes on it too! Some kazaa clone.
