I am making vcd's with Nero. When I burn the vcd and play it on my DVD player, the screen is copped off a little off the top and bottom (not sure about the sides thou). I have encoded it with tmpgenc to have black margins all around the movie (the movie is final fantasy unlimited) and it fits perfectly, but the quality is not as good as the unencoded one when i burn it on a vcd. Please help me.

Ah. Final Fantasy Unlimited. I know where to download high-qulaity DivX episodes of that. Try tv.emuparadise.org. You had better be patient though. The bandwidth on the FTP's is so low that it's like downloading with a 28.8K modem even with a T-1 line at my disposal! I would love to see some of the series, myself. Now...where do I find a fast and free FTP for a project like this?
