Can anyone tell me if there is a program out there that can convert a high quality MP4 (MPEG4) to a decent .WMV file for streaming? I cannot stand the way QuickTime Player insists on downloading the WHOLE file before playing the stream (as opposed to WMV straight-forward and simple buffering). Any software, freeware, advice or otherwise much appreciated. Thanks.

Um, you can tell quicktime to stream files just by changing the settings.
