Is it possible for someone to have satan steal their healing after being healed? I believe if we don't resist satan can attack us and steal our blessing.Two months ago I was prayed for,I had a injury that had given me severe pain for several years the pain steadily grew worse to the point I was in tears with the pain several days each week.After being prayed for the pain left and I was able to work cutting timber all day with no pain at all.This went on for 2 months then last Sun. the pain came back I was bewildered and asked some brothers to pray,on Tues morn I was praying and told the Lord I did not understand why the pain was back.I then told the Lord that I know that the enemy came to kill steal and destroy and we were to resist steadfast in the faith.The pain left and I have been able to work pain free every since.Does anyone have thoughts on this?

Danny,I never said that satan can't or won't attack us.The problem is at times we don't resist.Jesus told us "greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world " and "behold I give you power over all the power of the enemy".We were told "submit your selves therefore unto God resist the devil and he will flee from you". The problem is often times we don't resist,we allow satan to attack without fighting back,or we have not submitted our selves to God.We need to use the power and authority Jesus gave the Church.Also Paul told the Church at Cornith "Now some are puffed up,as though I would not come to you.But I will come to you shortly,if the Lord will,and will know,not the speech of them which are puffed up,but the power.For the kingdom of God is not in word,but power". We need to use the power and authority Jesus gave his Church.When satan attacks we need to fight back not give in without a fight. Chuck Williams
