Hello, Does anyone know of some books or magazines that I can get to help me find out which engines, freight cars, and passenger were popular during the 40's-50's in the south? I want my layout to be somewhat realistic (of course) so, what is the best way to go about finding a birdseye view of a railway/yard from back then? Would that be a good way to go about finding a layout plan? Any & all suggestions are welcome!! Thank you in advance!
