Last Saturday Night I submitted my prayers for our family around the world. Particularly the 2nd District during this difficult period of this sniper. People are still concerned and this fear will not go away soon. I am praying for you in the Second District. To my brothers and sisters in Africa, The Caribbean, Canada, The United States.
