In the book "Southern Railway Color Guide to Freight and Passenger Equipment" on page 14 there is a photo of baggage-mail car #62, which appears to be a rebuilt heavyweight car with streamline style ends and roof. Does anyone know any information on this car, especially why it was rebuilt to this appearance?

(NOTE: I am certain that this car is not a former Central of Georgia Bethlehem Steel or ACF headend car as the details are considerably different, with it matching unrebuilt car #61 on page 11 moreso than any CofG car.)
