Could someone please explain Who Is Right, I have been advised legally (Solicitor) that the outcome of the court Of appeal cases were not good news however on reading certain postings on the site several people seem to say that it was good news. Could someone please explain to me what happened & who is right as i'm sure myself & everyone else who uses this wonderful site would like to know one way or the other. legal advisor wouldn't elaborate on what the bad news was & then i read on here that it was good news but don't know why either please advise. cheers all......
