Sorry to hear about the system going boots up. Haven't had any notebook pieces parts at the store since i sent a note that way asking.

On a side note, my fingernails are getting real soft from wearing these gloves at work all the time. They are peeling in layers, thus making them easy to tear at the tips, and those tears are painful when they get too close.

I finally bought some nail strengthener. i wanted something that wasn't shiny, but apparently i am the only one on the planet that wants that. LOL

I'm baaaaack but don't know for how long. Have got the old notebook- plus-real old monitor working for a while. Will stay online as long as it lets me. Sweetie is going to order a Dell for me on his super computer and high-speed hook-up and I'm going to get the notebook fixed within the neext week or so. We were going to go to Costco yesterday and just buy one but I reread Consumer Reports and they're Dell all the way, especially on frequency of repair record. I always do what they tell me so I'll wait.
