Thank goodness we're back!! But...where is everyone else????? I know these long weekends can really keep ya occupied! I kept checkin' in occasionally, but no forum. We all had a busy weekend at our locally big agricultural fair. Went over for three days...just came home long enough to feed livestock and grab a few hours sleep! We're exhausted, but the Blue Hill Fair only comes around once a year. This year we had to show our granddaughter the draft horse/oxen barns where E. B. White's story of "Charlotte's Web" had it's beginnings!!

Here I am. I've given up checking beyond about once a day, but actually, this is the first time I've had a chance today. I have been busily sewing a wedding costume for my best friend, and I have to have it done by Sunday (the wedding isn't until the following Saturday, the 14th, but our nerves have set the deadline a bit earlier). So, I'll be going back to that pretty soon.

We've been having lovely weather, neither too hot nor too cold, and just when we needed rain, it rained, AND it happened at night. :-) Hope we have good weather for her wedding, as it is going to be outdoors.
