Hi Bruce,

I believe the spelling is seder. The term is referring to the Passover meal celebrated since Israel was freed from Egypt by God through Moses. The four cups are parts of the meal, I can't remember off the top of my head if all four are described in Exodus or not, but if they're not there, I'm sure a little research on Passover will turn them up for you.
