By now most of you have seen the horrific wild fires in Colorado on T.V there are 90,000 acres buring right now and no end in sight. The fire is 30 miles outside of Denver, Colorado. I am asking all of you on this board here and around the world to keep Shorter A.M.E church in prayer for they are in Denver. Rev. Boyd is the pastor. Shorter AME is in the fifth district. Things are really, really bad in the Denver area, the American Red Cross is setting up shelters. I also ask that you pray for the firefighters from 11 states and ask God for his intervention in this situation. If you can I am sure the folks at Shorter A.M.E would love to hear from their connectional family you can access their web page by going to the fifth district web page www.ame-church.org once there click on fifth district map and go to colorado.
