I was contacted by JDL in Essex some three months ago regarding an alleged shortfall claim by the Alliance & Leicester Bldg Soc. I have served a SARN on JDL and they have provided details as requested. I now wish to contact Alliance & Leicester directly to ask for details regarding the sale of my property. Can anyone help me with this and how should I word the letter. What exactly should I be asking for?

Answers

I would also SARN the Alliance and Leicester. That way they would have to give you all information. I recently SARNd the Halifax and included in the huge bundle of paperwork were sale details.
