The first solution that comes to mind is to purchase a copy of the Microsoft "Streets & Trips 2002" CD-ROM at any chain office supply or computer store(Staples, Office Depot, CompUSA, etc), type in Knoxville, TN, in the search and it'll show you the ex-SR route through Knoxville, with street names, etc.

You can get an on-line map on 'www.randmcnally.com'. Select "get a map" then enter "city" Knoxville TN. You can zoom in on any part of the city including the downtown area. Rail lines are shown but not identified specifically by railroad. You can print any size map you wish.

You can do much the same thing using 'www.maps.com' but I don't think the rail lines are shown quite so clearly.
