When my sister lived in Mexico for a summer she cam home with this recipe. It is so easy adn it is good.Guacamole
2 ripe avacados, scooped (ripe is soft)
1 ripe tomato, diced
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 clove garlic, minced
4 scallions, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
cayanne pepper or tabasco sauce, to taste
Scoop avacados, do not mash them. If your avacados are ripe you will not need to mash them, and you want this a little chunky. Mix all ingredient together. Taste and adjust seasonings, you may want to let it sit for a few minute to allow the flavors to blend, stir and taste again.
