"Marinated Salad" Recipe

1 can French cut green beans
1 can green peas
1 can whole corn or shoepeg corn
1 4-oz. jar pimento, chopped
1 small green bell pepper, chop
1 bunch green onions, slice or chop (mature onion fine)

Drain all vegetables. In pan put: 1/2 cup vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt

Bring to boil. Remove from burner and add 1/4 cup salad oil. Pour over vegetables. Chill. Keeps for several days.
