Hello, I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the difference between the manual focus 50mm 1.8 and the E series 50mm 1.8 is.I've heard that the non E lens is superior.I'm switching over to Nikon from Canon F1 system.The FM3A seems like the right choice for me because I do not care for auto focus.I like to do my homework before I make a purchase.I've always done most of my work with a 50mm lens so it is very important to me to pick the right one. Check out the Photography in Malasia site for all things Nikon. Also consider the nikkor 50 2.8 Micro.It is a wonderfully sharp lens with macro abilty.
