Rereading past postings I came across one referring to Bruce Brown, author of "Stroke", as the "late Bruce Brown". I've been hoping to run into him here in Southern California but maybe I shouldn't hold my breath. I especially appreciated his California perspective on ocean rowing as most info is from the East or Center of the US.

Does anyone - Bruce are you there - know? I'm greatly disappointed to learn this. Thanks for any information.
