Cool site, Mitch - thanks for posting it. I just learned a new word: Aristology - the science of dining! Now if I can just find out where they offer a Masters degree in Aristology, I'll be happy. Sure, becoming a PhD in the science of Aristology is hard work, but the research would definitely be rewarding! :-)
