Kirk sorry didn't answer back,been very busy with the city!! They came out and did a test but I have no clue as what it's called!! I know the perk test are not done in Duval county, he dug a shallow hole then ran some hand held machine over the area it beeped and then that was that.

Well I compained to the city and guess what it's now ground level!!!! all of a sudden the supervisor is saying it's 18 inches below ground for the drain field not above!! I know what the guy said and he even made a hand jestor that said this high. The guy that pulls permits from city told me to raise a little sand and it will get done so I did just that!!! The supervisor told him it was a miss understanding, yeah right just covering there butts.
