I have downloaded a number of anime music videos in MPEG format, and I would like to burn them onto VideoCD (for later playback and to clear hard drive space), but they are incompatible with Toast 5 Titanium. I have tried using VCDGear, but that always results in only the top fourth of the image appearing on the TV screen, and much of that looks like snowy or blocky satellite feed. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Please try to use "Media Cleaner" to encode your video files again.
