I have all my pieces cut. I've gone and pinned the first tirangles that are supposed to be sewn together. In the directions, it says to sew the smaller tiangles to the large. I have the fabrics facing each other...which side is up, to be considered sewing the little triangles to the larger??? Does this really, really matter???

Wendy-I am a little confused by your question-what do you mean when you say "up?" Can you tell me the name of your pattern, and I might be able to help you out. When you say you have the fabrics facing each other, I'm assuming that you are sewing right sides together.

Hi Wendy, Generally you should sew with the smaller piece facing you that way you can see that they are lined up correctly.

Sorry to be 'sew' confusing, LOL. Right sides of the fabrics are facing each other. I'm ok, now, I've also consulted some guides. I just wanted to make sure that everything I do goes along with what everyone else is doing. I'm hoping to get sewing in the next few days...
