Hatching Eggs

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Countryside : One Thread

I thought I'd see if there were any Forum members who might be intrested in hatching eggs this spring. We are overwhelmed with eggs. The incubators are full to the brim and we have eggs everywhere LOL. I will give a good deal on our "egg overstock".

We have chickens, ducks, geese and later this spring, guineas.

Email me directly and we can talk about what breeds are available and other details,

Trisha

Hello Trisha, Can you tell us where you are located in MN? We are from Winthrop MN & are interested in hearing from you, we would love to incubate any of these eggs!We now have approx. 20 bantam chickens 5 of them being roosters-too many I know. Then hens are laying but my problem is 3 of my roosters are oldies.I would like to incubate these eggs but I don't know as to how long these eggs will remain fertile. Second problem is, we also have a few mixed breeds of ducks-they too are laying-last nite my huge monster St.Bernard scaled his 12 ft.high fence when we had a stranger roaming out here-well, after that event he got into my duck pen & make a meal of several of my ducks.I have gathered those eggs also today- I we were to incubate the Ducks first taking 28 days-surely my bantam eggs would go to pot!We would like to ask to get any info on what is your Good Deal on your egg overstock? what do you get for the eggs-please list which breeds, ducks chickens, types if possible. If not to far from us, we are very interested so our 2 handicapped sons can enjoy raiseing em/Thank you very much for any HELP and time Bonnie
