I am looking to take our teams "to the next level"--to high performance teams. We have been using teams in a manufacturing environment for over ten years with great success. The last couple of years we have stagnated. We no longer have vibrant teams and need a shot in the arm. Anyone have ideas to move us beyond stagnation and back to vibrant?

Paul I would suggest looking at these two books: The Wisdom of Teams by Katzenbach and Smith and The Five Disfunctions of a Team. Both are widely available.
