Crafting Hint of the Day - Making Inexpensive Bookends/Magazine Holdersgreenspun.com : LUSENET : Cooking & Crafts : One Thread |
Use empty cereal boxes. Fill with pebbles, beans or something to weight them, cover in fabric (use hot glue) to coordinate the room. You can cut the tops at a slant but will need to fit a cover cut from another empty box. Or leave off the cover and store magazines in them. The magazines should be heavy enough to act as a bookend. Very inexpensive and quick!
