What happen to this guy? He was the true genius of Material in the early days. His guitar playing was so incredible I wept for 2 days after seeing them in 1981 in NYC.....Anyone?

I had my first I think you would call out of body experience seeing them when they Gong or something? It was Boston I was 16 I felt slightly I dont what you would call it. But you are correct he was a genius...whatever happen to him. Someone once said he was friends Cat Stevens did he become a Muselim??? Any info anyone?

No he didn't become a Muselim he's my father. Yes he is a great Guitar player and a very sucessful man.

I, for one, can attest to the talent of Mr. Cultreri. I played drums for him in both Material & Gong... what a character.. The black pants and black t-shirt, the red Gibson, that look of concentration on his face, and that amazing sound that he could pull out of a guitar...And fear not... Cliff has done very well with his life...
