i have recived a letter from dlc,about my shortfall debt.they have somehow found out that i have a new mortgage!.they know the ammount i borrowed and how much i pay per month.they are now threatening to place a legal charge on my property .what do i do now? see my earlier post about nhl and dlc

Hi Alan, Don't panic just yet. I have just recently "won" so to speak, against a much talked about firm of lawyers who are regularly mentioned on this site.Judgement was made against me earlier this year then followed charging order nisi.I will not go into detail on this site at the moment until i received all appropriate documents from B.S. and their Lawyers. Cannot find your previous posting but would like more info on your debt and i may be able to give advice pointing you in the right direction.Email me privately if you Wish.
